How SoluCalc Connect secured pH management in hospitals

From problem to solution.
At the request of Engie, responsible for the building's maintenance, we were approached several years ago (2018-2019). One of their employees, having discovered our CO₂ water treatment project on the internet, was very interested. They approached us to implement a pH management solution, essential to the hospital's specific needs, to ensure that the pH does not fall below a critical threshold and comply with medical requirements.
At the time, we didn't yet have the right solution, which prompted us to step up our R&D efforts. This led to the design of a solution equipped with an automatic cut-off system, ensuring that the pH did not fall below the critical threshold.
The arrival of a new product...
We've developed SoluCalc Connect & Secure, which offers several very useful features:
- You receive a notification when your bottle is almost empty.
- You can turn on/off/pause (with timer) your SoluCalc remotely with automatic reset.
- Monitor your water and CO₂ consumption.
- Access to your history and real-time monitoring of your consumption, pH and water temperature.
- Your pH safety, allows you to cut off injection if the pH drops below a configurable target value.
For about two years now, they've had this high-performance system, which is equipped with a pH probe and a system for automatically cutting off CO₂ injection if the pH drops below 6.5.
It was this success story that enabled us to bring the product to market. Thanks to the positive feedback and results obtained with the SoluCalc Secure prototype, equipped with the pH probe and automatic cut-off system, we were able to develop and market this innovative, safe solution.
